WARRIOR SPORTS PERFORMANCE CAMP

May 28th - June 13th 2024

 

 
Camp Info:
The Warrior Athletics staff will be hosting their Warrior Sports Performance Camp again this summer! The camp will focus on speed/agility, introduction to weight room, injury prevention, fundamental athletic movements, and more. The camp will take advantage of the $1.8 million renovated weight room, multi-purpose turf field, and gymnasium at Our Lady of Lourdes HS.

The Warrior Sports Performance Camp is open to public and private school athletes and is geared for 6-8th graders. The camp will run twice a week (Tuesday/Thursday) over a span of three weeks. Campers will be split into small groups and will have a block in the weight room and on the field every session. Sessions will run from 5:00-6:30 PM. The camp will begin on Tuesday, May 28th and conclude on Thursday, June 13th. 

What to Bring:

Warrior Football Clinic

July 9, 2024

 

Camp Info: 

The 2022 Section IX Class A Champions will be running a two-day clinic for local youth football players. The clinic will be led by Head Coach, Sean Keenan ’82 and the OLL football staff aided by current Warrior players. The clinic will focus on preparing the youth players for their upcoming season. Coach Keenan and his staff will be providing instruction of offensive positions, defensive positions, tackling, and relative training/conditioning.

Times: 6:00-8:30 PM

Age Group: Players Entering 5 - 8th Grade

Price: $50 (t-shirt included)

EDGE BASKETBALL CAMP INFORMATION

Traditional Basketball Camp

Edge Athletics Basketball Camps will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes High School the weeks of July 10, July 17, and July 24 (9am-3pm) . These camps are for boys and girls ages 6-15. Basketball Offensive Skills and Shooting Clinic

This three day Basketball Offensive Skills and Shooting Clinic presented by Edge Athletics at Our Lady of Lourdes High School will be held during the day (9am-2pm) of July 31, August 1, and August 2. Learn the proper way to shoot a basketball and how to create space through the use of four basketball shooting machines and professional instruction. Lourdes Youth Volleyball Camp

Camp Info:

The Lourdes Youth Volleyball Camp is for all those young players looking to learn the game of volleyball and to improve their volleyball skills. Our camp is designed for girls entering grades 6-9. All of the basic skills necessary to become a better volleyball player will be taught. This camp has a limited number of spots available and campers will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

At the camp, players will be assigned to courts according to their grade and ability. Campers will take part in three hours of instruction each day. Our camp offers two courts so that all campers will get an extensive amount of work during drills and scrimmages. The camp will be directed by Our Lady of Lourdes Varsity Volleyball Coach, Joe Felipe. Instruction will also be given from Lourdes Varsity players. Skills that campers will be taught include:

Lourdes Baseball Skills & Drills Clinic

January 13th & January 20th, 2024

 

 

Camp Info:

Coach Filingeri and the Warrior Baseball program will be hosting winter clinics for any 7th and 8th graders who are looking to improve their skills this winter before the spring season arrives. Session 1 on Saturday, January 13th will focus on infield and outfield work. Session 2 on Saturday, January 20th will focus on pitchers and catchers. The two hour sessions will be coached by the Warrior Varsity Baseball staff and feature demonstrations from current players for OLL.

What to Bring:

1. Sneakers 2. Water Bottle/Sports Drink 3. Glove/Baseball Gear
