The Kriegers were nominated for this award by Michael Graham a 2009 award recipient. In his presentation, he honored their rich history of volunteerism and commented, “Both Mike and Julie have spent their life in the Hudson Valley, contributing to the quality of life here in our area. It has been my pleasure to know both Julie and Mike and was pleased to offer their names in recognition of their contributions and community leadership.”

Honored and humbled by today’s tribute, Julie remarked, “The rewards of giving back are always greater than any volunteer time spent. We have been blessed.”

Congratulations Mike and Julie on this much-deserved honor!
