Bio

Mr. Paul Bellino remains active in the community and region as a teacher and performer with hundreds of performances and master classes throughout the country.  Mr. Bellino’s performances include recordings and tours with the New York Philharmonic, the Metropolitan Opera , Metropolitan Opera Brass, Cincinnati Symphony, Seattle Symphony, Montreal Symphony, and many soundtrack recordings including “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty”, Zoolander 2 starring Ben Stiller, and “Noah” starring Russell Crowe. He is Principal trombonist with the Peninsula Music Festival (WI) and Second Trombonist with The Springfield Symphony (MA), and Hudson Valley Philharmonic.   Mr. Bellino also has an extensive private studio and is the Trombone instructor at Vassar College and Our Lady Of Lourdes High School.

Mr. Bellino received a bachelor’s degree in performance from the Eastman School of Music where he was awarded the Emory Remington Trombone Scholarship, as well as a Brass Quintet Fellowship Award. Mr. Bellino also holds a Masters Degree in Orchestral Performance from the Manhattan School of Music were he was awarded a full scholarship and the coveted John Clark Award for outstanding accomplishment in brass performance.
